All transactions are governed under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, ensuring domestic legal accountability for international operations.

2. Factory Audits & Compliance

We perform factory-floor quality inspections and verify international manufacturing certifications. Clients receive documented milestone tracking and audit reports before dispatch.

3. Landed Costs & Payments

Landed cost estimates include manufacturing, logistics, and customs clearance. Payment schedules are strictly milestone-based and detailed in individual custom inquiry agreements.

IP Safeguards

Strict NDA protocols are enforced with every manufacturing partner in our direct network to protect proprietary tooling.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All proprietary designs, tooling, and client specifications remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Direct factories are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements.
